1 General

1.2 If you are using the Website on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorised by such entity to bind it to this Agreement.

1.3 The Website is owned and operated by Dermscreen Pty Ltd ABN 85 658 146 224. Throughout the Website and the Agreement, the terms we, us, our and Dermscreen refer to Dermscreen Pty Ltd.

1.4 This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. By using the Website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts in the event of any dispute. However, your use of the Website is also subject to any other law or regulation that applies to the Website, the internet or the worldwide web. If you choose to access this Website from locations outside of Australia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

1.5 We may vary this Agreement at any time. Please refer to this page from time to time to review these changes and new additional information.

2 Access to and use of the Website

This Website may contain general information relating to various medical conditions and their treatment. The content on the Website is provided for information and education purposes only and any opinions expressed are not necessarily those of, or endorsed by, the medical profession. It is not intended to provide specific medical or healthcare advice, nor to be a substitute for the advice of a qualified medical or healthcare professional. At times, however, products actually delivered may to a small extent differ in appearance and packaging from their appearance in images and photographs on the Website. 6.1 To the fullest extent possible at law, we exclude all liability to you or anyone else for loss or damage arising out of or in connection in any way to the Website including, but not limited to, loss or damage you might suffer as a result of:

8 Website security policy

8.1 We are dedicated to providing you with a secure and private website experience. We safeguard your information using industry standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted servers. This process codes the information transferred between you and the server and renders it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the information.
