1.3 The Website is owned and operated by Dermscreen Pty Ltd ABN 85 658 146 224. Throughout the Website and the Agreement, the terms we, us, our and Dermscreen refer to Dermscreen Pty Ltd.

 

1.4 This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. By using the Website, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New South Wales courts in the event of any dispute. However, your use of the Website is also subject to any other law or regulation that applies to the Website, the internet or the worldwide web. If you choose to access this Website from locations outside of Australia, you are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

 

1.5 We may vary this Agreement at any time. Please refer to this page from time to time to review these changes and new additional information.

At times, however, products actually delivered may to a small extent differ in appearance and packaging from their appearance in images and photographs on the Website.
